Meditation & Low Impact Yoga Instructor

We are looking for yoga instructors to teach meditation and low impact yoga classes, once a week to our residents. The classes will have an emphasis on relieving stress and anxiety and learning how to self-calm and/or meditate.

Support BBNC the social program for Older Adults by sharing your experience as a sewer and assisting community members in making dresses. This will provide diversity and a sense of community to the program. We encourage you to join us in creating memories for our members.

International Dance Program Assistant

Be part of a fun afternoon leading dance for seniors that include all different styles such as Bollywood, Belly, Hawaiian, Caribbean, Highland dancing and more. Each type of dance is taught for two classes throughout the season. This class is a creative space to encourage recreation in a light-hearted way.

50-50 ticket sales staff

Smilezone Foundation will be hosting 50-50 ticketing at 9 home games of Toronto Rock this season (December 2023 to April 2024). We are seeking volunteers who are interested in attending 1-9 of the games. The overall time commitment per game is 4-6 hours.

Evening Walk Volunteer Mentor

As an Evening Walking Program Volunteer Mentor with Up and Running Guelph you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our programs.
