Introduction to Unconscious Bias 

This course explores one of the most pervasive barriers to inclusion in the workplace and society – unconscious bias. You will examine types of bias and their impacts on experiences in life and the workplace. Bias can not be eliminated but it can be managed, so you will learn to identify strategies to increase awareness and mitigate the impact of bias in the workplace. 

We explore the sources and mechanics of bias as well as its impact in the workplace. We then provide participants with various strategies that they can use to increase awareness and mitigate the impact of bias in the workplace.

This course is on-demand, meaning that you can take it anytime, at your own pace. The course will take approximately 30 minutes to complete from start to finish.
